Initial Consultation1 hour consultation + 30 min intervention planning This is normally a conversation with a parent/guardian, without the child present. This gives caregivers the opportunity to freely discuss any issues and set therapy goals. This may occur either before or after a standard consultation on a case-by-case basis.$290.98
Standard Consultation (Occupational Therapy)A therapy session. Sessions are normally 60 minutes (face-to-face service) with 15 minutes for clinical notes. These will be billed separately for transparency and fairness.$242.49 per session (75 minute total time)
Non-Face-to-Face SupportsMaximum 20 mins without prior consent per session may be charged.May include session planning, reviewing previous notes, preparing resources, developing resources, and reviewing communications (e.g. emails, IEPs, reports etc).Please Note: There is no charge additional fee’s for quick emails/phone calls/ scheduling changes etc. unless these exceed reasonable levels.10 minutes = $32.33 15 minutes = $48.4920 minutes = $64.66
Travel (provider time)This is the travel costs (in time) to and from appointments. It will normally be agreed, in writing, prior to your appointment.Travel time will be charged at a 50% reduction from the hourly rate. $1.61 per minute
Travel (expenses)Kilometres taken to travel to and from office to client will be charged as per the NDIS Price Schedule$0.97 per/km
ReportsReports will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and charged in as per the NDIS Price Schedule.$193.99 per hour
AssessmentsSome assessment will attract additional time to interpret due to complexity. This will be charged as per the NDIS Price Schedule and changed based on time taken (not a flat fee).$193 per hour
